1.Introduction

CreatorHubb ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your personal information when you use the CreatorHubb mobile application ("App"). By using the App, you consent to the practices described in this policy.

2.Information We Collect

Account Information: Name, email address, password (encrypted), profile photo, user role (Creator or Seeker), and information provided during sign-up including Sign in with Apple credentials.

Profile Information: For Creators, this includes business name, specialties, portfolio media (photos and videos), service packages, pricing, availability schedule, and bio. For Seekers, this includes project preferences and booking history.

Location Data: City, state, and geographic coordinates when you grant location permission, used to connect you with nearby Creators.

Payment Information: Payment card details are collected and processed directly by Stripe. CreatorHubb does not store your full card number, CVV, or expiration date. We store a Stripe customer ID and the last four digits of your card for display purposes. Creators who receive payouts must complete Stripe Connect's identity verification, which may require government-issued ID, Social Security number, and bank account details. This information is collected and processed directly by Stripe.

Payout Details (International Creators): Creators in countries not supported by Stripe provide payout information in the App, which may include account holder name, bank name, account number or CLABE, account type, national identification number (such as a cédula), and address. We store this information securely, restrict access to the Creator and platform administrators, and share it with Wise solely to execute bank transfers.

Communications: Messages exchanged through the in-app messaging system, including text messages and file attachments (images, videos, and documents).

Calendar Data: With your permission, the App can add booking events to your device calendar using Apple's EventKit framework.

Usage and Analytics Data: We collect app interactions, search queries, feature usage, screen views, booking activity, session duration, device information, and crash reports through Firebase Analytics for platform improvement.

Media: Photos you upload are stored in Firebase Cloud Storage. Videos you upload for your portfolio or send as chat attachments are stored and streamed through Mux, a third-party video infrastructure provider. Portfolio videos are assigned public playback policies, meaning they are accessible via their playback URL.

On-Device Storage: The App stores certain data locally on your device for performance and offline access, including your user ID, role, profile information, and notification preferences. Authentication credentials are stored securely in the iOS Keychain.

3.How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide and operate the CreatorHubb platform
• Create and manage your account
• Process bookings and facilitate transactions between Seekers and Creators
• Process payments and payouts through Stripe
• Send booking confirmations, reminders, and status updates
• Enable in-app messaging between users
• Display Creator profiles in search and discovery results
• Rank and surface Creators using our discovery algorithm based on profile completeness, ratings, activity, and relevance
• Personalize Creator recommendations using the booking preferences you provide at sign-up, such as the type of Creator and shoot categories you are interested in
• Send push notifications about bookings, messages, and account activity
• Send transactional emails about your account, such as booking confirmations, receipts, refund notices, and payout updates
• Provide customer support, including automated support responses
• Scan messages and profile content on-device to detect and redact off-platform contact information, protecting users from unsolicited contact and preventing fee circumvention
• Monitor account activity patterns to detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents
• Analyze usage patterns, search queries, and feature interactions to improve the App
• Comply with legal obligations

4.Third-Party Services

CreatorHubb uses the following third-party services that may collect or process your data:

Firebase (Google): Authentication, real-time database, cloud storage, push notifications, and analytics. Google's privacy policy applies to data processed by Firebase.

Firebase Crashlytics (Google LLC): Crash reporting and diagnostics. When the App crashes or encounters an error, Crashlytics collects crash reports and diagnostic data, including your device model, operating system version, and crash traces, to help us identify and fix stability issues. This data is used only to improve the App's stability and is not used for advertising.

Stripe and Stripe Connect: Payment processing for bookings and Creator payouts. Stripe collects and processes payment information under its own privacy policy. Creators who receive payouts must complete Stripe Connect's onboarding, which includes identity verification requiring government-issued identification, tax identification numbers, and bank account information. Stripe acts as an independent data controller for the information it collects during this process.

Wise: International payout processing for Creators in countries not supported by Stripe. When executing a payout, we share the Creator's payout details (such as account holder name, bank information, national identification number, and address) with Wise to perform the bank transfer. Wise processes this information under its own privacy policy.

Mux: Video storage, hosting, and streaming for Creator portfolio videos and video attachments in chat messages. Your video content is stored on Mux's servers and delivered via their content delivery network. Mux processes video content under its own privacy policy.

Pexels: Sample, inspirational, or educational imagery may be displayed under the Pexels License. Pexels content remains subject to Pexels' license and terms.

Unsplash: Sample, inspirational, or educational imagery may be displayed under the Unsplash License. Unsplash content remains subject to Unsplash's license and terms.

Wikipedia and Wikimedia: The App may use Wikipedia or Wikimedia APIs to display location-based inspiration, article summaries, images, source links, and attribution. Wikipedia and Wikimedia content remains subject to its applicable Creative Commons or source-specific license, and Wikimedia's privacy practices may apply when content is requested from its services.

Apple: Sign in with Apple authentication. Apple's privacy policy applies to data shared through this service.

Each third-party service operates under its own privacy policy, license terms, or content terms, and we encourage you to review them.

5.Information Sharing and Disclosure

We share your information in the following circumstances:

• Between Users: Creator profiles (name, photo, specialty, portfolio, reviews, availability) are visible to Seekers. Seeker names and profile photos are shared with Creators when a booking is made.
• Payment Processing: Transaction data is shared with Stripe to process payments and payouts, and payout details of international Creators are shared with Wise to execute bank transfers.
• Promotion: Creators' portfolio content, name, profile photo, and profile link may be featured in CreatorHubb's marketing, including our website, social media, advertising, email, and app store listings, as described in our Terms of Service.
• Service Providers: We may share data with vendors who assist in operating the App, subject to confidentiality obligations.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or government request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of CreatorHubb, our users, or the public.
• Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We also do not sell the photos, videos, or other content you upload, and we do not use it to train artificial intelligence models.

6.Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored using Firebase Cloud Firestore and Firebase Cloud Storage, hosted on Google Cloud infrastructure in the United States. Portfolio videos and video attachments are stored and streamed through Mux's infrastructure. We implement security measures including:

• Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS)
• Firebase Security Rules restricting data access
• Secure credential storage using iOS Keychain
• Input sanitization to prevent injection attacks
• Authentication required for all data access

While we take reasonable steps to protect your data, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

7.Location Information

We collect location data to help Seekers find nearby Creators and to display location-relevant search results. Location data is collected only when you grant permission through your device settings. If you add a city or state to your profile, we convert it into approximate geographic coordinates (geocoding) and store those coordinates so your profile can appear in distance-based search results. You can revoke location permission at any time in your device settings, though this may limit certain App features such as distance-based Creator discovery.

8.Push Notifications

We send push notifications for booking updates, new messages, payment confirmations, and other account activity. You can manage notification preferences within the App settings or through your device settings. Disabling notifications may cause you to miss important booking or payment updates.

9.Content Moderation and Fraud Detection

On-Device Content Scanning: The App automatically scans messages, bios, and project descriptions on your device to detect and redact contact information such as phone numbers, email addresses, social media handles, and references to off-platform payment services. This processing occurs entirely on your device and no content is sent to external services for scanning.

Fraud Detection: CreatorHubb uses automated systems to monitor account activity for patterns that may indicate fraudulent behavior, including rapid account creation, unusual cancellation rates, and high refund frequencies. Accounts flagged by these systems are reviewed by our moderation team.

10.Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion:

• Your profile information, portfolio media, and personal data are deleted
• Your authentication credentials are removed from Firebase
• Completed transaction records may be retained for legal and financial reporting requirements
• Anonymized usage analytics may be retained
• Reviews you have written may be retained in anonymized form

Data deletion requests are processed within 30 days.

11.Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
• Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data
• Portability: Request your data in a portable format
• Objection: Object to certain processing of your data
• Restriction: Request restriction of processing in certain circumstances

California residents may have additional rights under the CCPA. European residents may have additional rights under the GDPR.

12.Children's Privacy

CreatorHubb is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we become aware that we have collected data from a person under 18, we will take steps to delete that information promptly. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, please contact us at admin@creatorhubb.com.

13.International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence, including the United States where our servers and third-party service providers are located. These countries may have different data protection laws. By using the App, you consent to the transfer of your information to these countries.

14.Cookies and Tracking

The App may use standard analytics tools to collect usage data for performance monitoring and improvement. We do not use cookies in the traditional sense, but Firebase and other SDKs may use device identifiers for analytics purposes. You can limit ad tracking through your device settings.

15.Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy in the App and updating the "Last Updated" date. We may also notify you via email or push notification for significant changes. Your continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
